Support
Email creativecleancode@gmail.com and we reply within a few business days. Telling us your device, OS version and app version — shown at the bottom of the unlock screen — usually saves a round trip.
Purchases
I paid, but the chapters are still locked
Open the unlock screen and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure the device is signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account used for the purchase. If the app was reinstalled, restore is always the first step — it costs nothing.
Is it a subscription?
No. The premium unlock is a single purchase that never renews. Six chapters unlock forever and all advertising is removed.
Can I use it on my other devices?
Yes, on devices signed in to the same store account. Install the app and tap Restore Purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the stores, not by us. On iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use Google Play ▸ Order history. Write to us first if something is broken — we would rather fix it.
Ads
Why are there ads?
Ads run only in the free Stranger Safety chapter and pay for the free content. The premium unlock removes them from the whole app.
Turning off personalised ads
iOS: Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking. Android: Settings ▸ Google ▸ Ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland the consent form can be reopened from the app.
An ad looked wrong for this app
Send us a screenshot with the time it appeared. We report unsuitable creatives to Google and they can be blocked.
Notifications
Reminders are optional and nudge you roughly once a day to read one scenario. Turn them off any time in Settings ▸ Notifications ▸ Kids Safety: Parent Guide. Declining the permission changes nothing else in the app.
Content and progress
I lost my progress
Progress is stored on the device and is not backed up to a server, so deleting the app clears it. The premium unlock is tied to your store account and always restores.
Something in a scenario reads wrong
Tell us the chapter and scenario title. Copy corrections ship with the next update, on both platforms.
What age is this for?
It is written for a parent or carer to read with a child. The scenarios suit roughly ages 5 to 12, and you choose what fits your family.
