Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 August 2026
1. The licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Kids Safety: Parent Guide on devices you own or control. On iOS, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies and takes precedence where the two differ.
2. Purchases
The premium unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again. It is tied to the store account that bought it and can be restored on any device signed in to that account. Refunds are granted by Apple or Google under their own policies.
3. What this app is, and is not
The content is general educational guidance for parents and carers. It is not professional, medical, legal or psychological advice, and it does not replace emergency services. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.
You decide what is right for your family and your child's age. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from how the guidance is applied.
4. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell or redistribute the content, reverse engineer the app, or attempt to bypass the premium unlock. The text, artwork, name and icon remain ours.
5. Advertising
The free chapter is supported by third-party advertising served by Google AdMob. We do not control which specific ads appear; report anything unsuitable and we will act on it. The premium unlock removes advertising.
6. Availability and changes
The app is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features and content may change between releases. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
